Leadership Academy is a leadership development course run over 4 saturdays throughout the school year. It is designed to help build any staff's leadership skills at any level of the organization.

Leadership Academy is:

• Open for anyone in any role in the organization to apply

• Runs 8am-3pm on four Saturdays through the year (Nov, Dec, Jan, Mar)

• No formal leadership role or experience necessary

• Run by STRIVE employees, based largely off of curriculm from NAATE
