Issues? Try these first!

Is your computer acting funky? The first thing we will ask you to do, every time is:

  • Powercycle: Shut down your laptop, wait about 30 seconds, then start it back up. (Directions here)
  • If the issues are in in a web browser (like chrome), follow these steps (linked here) to reset your broswer.
