1) Check: Laptop is connect to a STRIVE WiFi network

The 'RTC Failed' error typically only happens when the Panel and the device sharing the screen are on different networks.

Example: Panel is on STRIVE Ops, Laptop is on DPS Guest.

Steps:

  1. Check that your computer is connected to STRIVE Faculty.
2) Check: The Panel is connected to STRIVE Ops

Make sure that the Panel is connected to STRIVE Ops. To check this:

1) From the unified menu, open the 'Locker' and then open 'Settings'.

2) Click on 'Network & Internet'.

3) Check to make sure that under 'WiFi', the network is STRIVE Ops. If the network isn't STRIVE Ops, please connect the Panel to the correct network!
