1) Try: Powercycle the Panel

Similar to your staff computer, the working memory on the Panel can max out over time.

To reset the working memory:

1) find the power switch

2) Flip the switch to the off position

3) Wait at least 10 seconds

4) Flip and swtich to the on position, and power up your Panel.

(Remember: The main power switch is different the the button on the front of the panel)

2) Try: Check the WiFi Network

First, let's make sure that the Panel is connected to the correct wifi network. All Panels should be connected to STRIVE Ops. To check this:

1) From the unified menu, open the 'Locker' and then open 'Settings'.

2) Click on 'Network & Internet'.

3) Check to make sure that under 'WiFi', the network is STRIVE Ops. If the network isn't STRIVE Ops, please connect the Panel to the correct network!\

If the Panel is connected to STRIVE Ops and the internet still isn't working, move onto the next step!

3) Try: Check that the STRIVE Ops Network is functioning

If the panel is connected to STRIVE Ops, but the internet still isn't working, then the problem might be with the STRIVE Ops network. To test the STRIVE Ops network:

1) Using your staff laptop, connect to STRIVE Ops

2) Try to navigate to a webpage in your browser

If the page loads, then STRIVE Ops works! Go onto the next trouble shooting step

If the page doesn't load, then the STRIVE Ops network is down. Please notify your APO immediately, as this is the root cause of the issue

On your staff laptop, go to your wifi settings and click 'forget network' for STRIVE Ops. Then connect your staff laptop back to STRIVE Faculty.

4) Try: Forget STRIVE Ops on the Panel and Rejoin

If STRIVE Ops is working on other devices, but not your Panel, then try these steps

1) From the unified menu, open the 'Locker' and then open 'Settings'

2) Click on 'Network & Internet'

3) Long click on 'WiFi STRIVE Ops'. This will bring up more options. Find and click on the 'Forget' button.

4) Now, rejoin STRIVE Ops
