Next, let's check the volume settings on the computer and the Panel.
Steps:
On your comptuer:
- Check that the speaker volume is turned up by selecting the speaker icon on the bottom right of your computer.
On your Panel:
- Check that the volume is turned up using the physical buttons on the bottom center of the Panel.
If that doesn't work, let's try reseating the cord.
Steps:
- Unplug the cord from the panel and your comptuer. Plug the cord back in.
If that doesn't work, let's try checking your Laptop's audio output.
Steps:
On your comptuer:
- Unplug the cord from your computer, wait 5 seconds, and plug the cord back into your comptuer. Select your laptop from the outputs button.
- Go to your audio settings on your laptop by opening the settings, and searching for 'Sound'. You should see at least two options for output, and one of them should be 'AP7_Titanium' (or something very close to that). Select that option.
If you are connected via a cord and you don't see that option, try using another cord and/or try using another port on the Panel.
If that doesn't work, move on to step #3.
